Mac Clones (MacOS-Compatible Systems): Akia

Akia was an IBM-sublicensee that sold Alchemy-based and Tsunami-based MacOS-Compatibles in the Japanese market from January 1997 to February 1998.

When IBM decided not to continue MacOS licensing, Akia quickly sold off remaining inventory of MacOS-Compatibles, and by February 28, 1998, returned to selling only Wintel computers.
