Apple Watch Hermès Series 2, 38 mmThe Apple Watch Hermes (Series 2) models represent an "iconic collaboration" between Apple and French luxury brand Hermes. Like the original Hermes Apple Watch, this model essentially is a 38 mm 316L stainless steel Apple Watch Series 2 model -- complete with 272x340 OLED display covered by a protective sapphire crystal layer -- but with three exclusive software watch faces in classic Hermes fonts -- Clipper, Cape Cod, and Espace -- and bundled with a choice of Hermes designed watch bands in custom packaging.

All Apple Watch Series 2 devices are controlled with a "Digital Crown" and a Force Touch capable display and need to be paired with an iPhone 5 or newer for most functionality.

All Apple Watch Series 2 models also have a dual core processor, water resistance to 50 meters, and built in GPS capabilities.

Battery life is an Apple estimated "up to 18 hours" overall, but more specifically "up to 3 hours" of talk time, "up to 6.5 hours" of audio playback, and "up to 8 hours" working out.

There originally were five specific configurations of this Apple Watch Hermes (Series 2, 38 mm). All have a stainless steel housing and were available with the choice of an Etoupe Swift Leather Double Buckle Cuff (pictured, right), a Rose Jaipur Epsom Leather Single Tour band, a Fauve Barenia Leather Single Tour band, an Etoupe Swift Leather Double Tour band, or a Fauve Barenia Leather Double Tour band (pictured, left).

On March 21, 2017, Apple discontinued the Etoupe Swift Leather Double Buckle Cuff and Rose Jaipur Epsom Leather Single Tour band options and introduced a new Fauve Barenia Leather Double Buckle Cuff. Additional bands and cuffs remained available for purchase separately, including the two that were discontinued as standard configurations.

In addition to the leather band, each also shipped with a second orange colored fluroelastomer "Hermes Sport Band" intended for working out.
