MacOS-Compatible Systems: MacWay MacWay was a Motorola-sublicensee that sold a custom-configured Tanzania-based MacOS-Compatible in France from January 1997 to December 1997. When MacWay was unable to get a license for MacOS 8, they slowly phased out remaining inventories of MacOS-Compatibles, and as of December 31, 1997, returned to their primary business of selling Apple Macs, Macintosh software, peripherals, and accesories. |
