MacOS-Compatible Systems: Marubeni Marubeni was a Motorola-sublicensee that sold Tanzania-based MacOS-Compatibles in Japan from June 1997 to December 1997. Marubeni had at least one line of consumer-targeted, inexpensive computers based on the Motorola StarMax 3000 series, and at least plans for another "high-end" consumer series based on the Motorola StarMax 5000. Unfortunately, Marubeni stopped selling MacOS-based systems before complete information could be compiled, so please share any leads that you may have. |
