The PowerLogix PowerForce G4 ZIF 350 features a 350 MHz PowerPC 7400 (G4) processor with the AltiVec "Velocity Engine" vector processing unit and 1 MB of backside cache. The card plugs into the ZIF socket provided by the Power Macintosh G3 series, replacing the original processor card. All upgrade cards in the PowerForce G4 ZIF series have switches that can be used to adjust both the bus and backside cache ratios.
