The Blue Chip G4 500 "Pismo" is installed in the daughtercard slot in the "Pismo" or "FireWire" PowerBook G3 models (G3/400 "FW" and G3/500 "FW"), replacing the original daughtercard. Unlike other models in the Blue Chip series, you were required to ship your PowerBook to PowerLogix for professional installation. |
