Apple's Macintosh WGS (Workgroup Server) series was sold from March 1993 to March 1998. The WGS series primarily consists of models identical to those in the Quadra and Power Macintosh lines, except all servers came with pre-installed Apple server software. More recent Apple servers include the Macintosh Server G3, Server G4, and Xserve series.
