Mac Clones (Mac OS Compatible Systems): MaxxBoxx Datasystems

MaxxBoxx Datasystems sold Tanzania, Nitro, Tsunami, and CHRP-based MacOS-Compatibles in Germany from July 1997 to February 1998.

The company initially was a Umax sublicensee and expected to migrate to production of open CHRP-based systems. On February 1, 1998, MaxxBoxx formally discontinued operations citing the cancellation of CHRP.
