The Giga Designs G-Celerator G4/1.3 Cube features a 1.3 GHz PowerPC 7455 (G4) processor (1.2 GHz overclocked to 1.3 GHz) with the AltiVec "Velocity Engine" vector processing unit, 256k on-chip level 2 cache, and 2 MB backside level 3 cache. The card plugs into the processor socket provided by the Power Macintosh G4 Cube, replacing the original processor card. All upgrade cards in this series are designed so that both the bus and backside cache ratios can be adjusted.
