Newer MAXpowr G3 ZIF

The Newer MAXpowr G3-G3 466 (ZIF) features a 466 MHz (2.) PowerPC 750 (G3) processor with 1 MB of backside cache running on either a 233 MHz or 310 MHz (3.) backside bus. The card plugs into the ZIF socket provided by the Power Macintosh G3 series, replacing the original processor card. All upgrade cards in the Newer MAXpowr G3 series have four dip switches that can be used to adjust both the backside bus speed and ratio.
