What are the differences between the original eMac models?

Please note that the eMac originally was released to education on April 29, 2002 and to consumers on June 4, 2002. It was discontinued on May 6, 2003.

The original eMac models -- the eMac G4/700 and G4/800 -- have G4 processors, PC133 SDRAM, an Ultra ATA/66 hard drive, GeForce 2 MX graphics, and 17-inch CRT displays in large 50 pound (22.7 kg) ice white all-in-one cases. The eMac was originally designed to be an inexpensive model exclusively for the education market, but it later was released as a low-cost consumer model as well.

When shipped, these models were configured with MacOS 9.2.2 and MacOS X 10.1.4 pre-installed, but are capable of supporting MacOS X "Tiger" 10.4.11 and lower.
