What are the differences between the "Early 2004" iBook G4 (1.0/1.2) models?

Please note that the "Early 2004" iBook G4 (1.0/1.2) series was introduced on April 19, 2004 and discontinued on October 19, 2004.

The second generation iBook G4 models -- dubbed the "Early 2004" series by Apple -- are quite similar to the first revision, but have faster processors with twice the amount of on chip level 2 cache (512k instead of 256k) as well as twice the amount of onboard RAM (256 MB instead of 128 MB). The 14-Inch iBook G4 "Early 2004" models also could be configured with a DVD-R/CD-RW "SuperDrive".
