Apple Macintosh Quadra 630The Apple Macintosh Quadra 630 features a 33 MHz 68040 processor, 4 MB of RAM, and a 250 MB hard drive in a compact desktop case. An internal 2X CD-ROM drive and video input/output also were available as options. Notably, the Quadra 630 additionally was the first Mac to use an internal IDE bus, rather than SCSI, and as a result, it supported cheaper hard drives than earlier models.

The consumer version of the Quadra 630 is the Performa 630 series and the education version is the LC 630.
