The Apple Macintosh PowerBook 165 features a 33 MHz 68030 processor, 4 MB of RAM, either an 80 MB or 160 MB hard drive, and an internal 1.44 MB floppy drive in a compact portable case with a 9.8" grayscale passive-matrix display.
This model is identical to the PowerBook 160 it replaced, except that it has a faster 33 MHz processor (up from 25 MHz). Like the PowerBook 160, the 165 only supports 4-bit grayscale on its internal display, but it supports 8-bit color on an external monitor.
