The Vimage Vpower PF G3/240 features a 240 MHz PowerPC 750 (G3) processor with 512k of backside cache. Compatible with the Power Macintosh 5400, 5500, 6400, and 6500 series, which were not designed to be upgradable, however, Vimage engineers ingeniously discovered how to use the L2 cache slot to bypass the soldered processor.
